General Circulation Policies for Students

Important operational rules governing book borrowing, late fees, and reading room protocols under CCKL bylaws.

Borrowing Limits

B.Com Regular students may borrow up to 2 books for 14 days. Honours students may borrow up to 3 books simultaneously.

Overdue Fine Policy

A late fee of ₹2.00 per book per day is charged for unrenewed overdue items to ensure fair circulation among all peers.

Book Bank Scheme

Subsidized sets of 4 core curriculum textbooks are issued to deserving students for the whole semester duration.

Library Clearance

Obtaining a library no-dues clearance certificate is mandatory before filling final semester university exam forms.
