Essential membership rules, borrowing allowances, and reading hall etiquette for students and faculty of Commerce College Kokrajhar.

Mandatory ID
Membership & Entry
All regularly enrolled B.Com, M.Com, and HS students plus teaching staff are eligible. A valid digital or physical Library ID card is mandatory for entry and checkout.

14 Days Loan
Borrowing Limits
B.Com Regular students may borrow 2 books for 14 days; Honours students may borrow 3 books. Books may be renewed once if not reserved.

₹2.00 / Day
Renewals & Fines
A late fine of ₹2.00 per book per day is levied on overdue loans. Timely return of books ensures fair access for all fellow students.

Quiet Zone
Reading Hall Conduct
Strict pin-drop silence must be observed. Bags and personal materials must be deposited at the counter. All mobile phones must remain in silent mode.

Subsidized Book Bank
Full-semester textbook sets are issued to meritorious and deserving students under the UGC/College Book Bank Scheme, subject to curriculum availability.

Exam Clearance
No-Dues Clearance
A library No-Dues Clearance Certificate is strictly required before filling university final exam forms or receiving college Transfer Certificates.
